a good read

Talking to a young 18 year old client earlier today who phoned me for a catch up and progress update - he said that he heard 'Su***de is a permanent solution to a temporary problem' and it made him cry as he had been so caught up with his problems that he could not see a solution and he was so grateful for my work.

Communication is so important - I would love to say that I am perfect and communicate - I am a highly trained mental health expert with 25 or so years experience, however I too know what it is like to have issues and find it hard to open up sometimes - I have had some excellent people to help me and others less so - keep talking and I hope very much that you find a 'good positive permanent solution to your temporary problems'.
