We all apologise for crying in front of another person or feel emotions including guilt, shame even embarrassment even when we cry in private. Don’t let your mind rule your emotional release. It’s part of letting go. It’s actually a good thing to do 🌺
Today is the full blood moon, energy is high, new beginnings are here. So let go any which way your supposed to 💞 Release the old and embrace the new 🙏
It’s important to feel your feelings. It’s ok to cry. It’s ok to be angry, or sad, or confused, or hurt, or relieved… or however else you may be feeling. Acknowledge your feelings, your pain and your discomfort so that you can start to build again 🙏
