🌕✨️ Cold Full Moon Circle – Friday 5th December

Join us for the last Full Moon of 2025, and the first in a new series of Moon Circle sessions here in Bury, held under the calm and reflective energy of the Cold Moon ❄️🌕✨

The Cold Moon marks a time of completion, closure, and quiet release, helping us let go of what we no longer need to carry into the new year. It brings a soft clarity with it, making it a powerful moment for reflection and deeper healing.

With the moon in Gemini, we will focus on alignment, communication, and clearing mental noise. A chance to settle your system, reconnect with yourself, open into new beginnings, and receive deep grounding as the Christmas energy begins to pick up 🌬️♊✨

We will start with a gentle guided meditation, followed by a beautiful deep nervous system reset with an immersive sound journey and gentle energy healing throughout, finishing with an angel card pull and a calming herbal tea to ground you before you head home 🪽🌕💙

As with all of our classes, beginners are always very welcome, and no experience is required 🤗

♡ This Sunday | 7–8:30pm

Unwind with us at the Sunday Slowdown, a peaceful end-of-week space of sound and gentle energy healing to help you settle, slow down, and find calm amongst the intense energies of the retrograde.

I will be taking you on a beautiful journey of sound whilst you receive gentle energy healing from Charley and Lewis to support your system, release heaviness, and help you reset.

We’ll finish with herbal tea and a quiet moment to connect, reflect, or simply sit in the calm.

Bring blankets, pillows, slippers, water, and anything to help you feel cosy.

Beginners are always welcome, and no experience required.

Settle into a peaceful end of week space of sound and Reiki to help you unwind, release the weight of the week, and come back to yourself.

Let the crystal bowls, gongs, chimes and soothing sound track guide you into deep rest while Reiki supports your energy, releases heaviness, and helps you reset.

A few photos from last Sunday’s beautiful Slowdown 💙✨️

Such a gorgeous session and group — we had a whole family across generations, and even a world record breaker amongst us! One of our circle had broken a world record that very day, then came to Slowdown to recharge 💫 I wish I’d got everyone’s attention so we could have given her a proper round of applause!

Charley Rose and Lewis shared their powerful shamanic energy healing, blended with a deep and immersive sound journey from me — then we all shared tea and a good natter afterwards 🤗

I love how these Sundays keep evolving — each one leaving us all a little more rested, reset, and connected 🥰

Still feeling the love from Sunday’s Slowdown.

These sessions always remind me how powerful it is to pause, breathe, and simply be together in sound. No matter what’s happened during the week, it can all be softened with the uplifting power of vibration, connection, and a trusty cup of tea 🤍☕
