Hello beautiful people.

We’ve got a lovely run of sessions this week in Bury.

Wednesdays are starting to take on a new shape, with a different theme each week.
This week begins with a Sacred Fire session 🔥
A space to set intentions for new beginnings and personal transformation.

Thursday is our 4 year Anniversary at the Barn 🌾
Only a couple of spaces left for this one.

Friday brings the start of a new month and a Full Moon sound journey 🌕
A space to lie down, switch off, and spend some time under the Full Flower Moon.

Sunday Slowdown moves back to the evening, 7:00–8:30pm 🌙
A gentle way to close the week, however your week has been, and settle before the next begins.

As always, beginners are welcome at all of our sessions. No experience is needed.
Whether it’s your first time or something you return to, you’re welcome here.

We’ll have herbal tea at the end of each session at the studio, and some new oracle cards if you feel drawn to pick one 🪽✨️

✨️🌾 Well what can I say, what an incredible four years at this beautiful space, the Old Hay Barn.

When Karen and her daughter Gemma turned up late for a soundbath at Fairways, I spoke with them after the session and said don’t worry, it’s fine, everything happens for a reason. At the end of the conversation, they asked if I would come and do a soundbath out at their farm, and little did I know that four years on we would still be turning up there every month on the last Thursday to bring light and sound to the hills of Bury.

We have had over a thousand different attendees and over 50 sessions at the space.

I’ll never forget the moment I walked in to look at the space. Karen said let yourself in and have a look. The energy that hit me as soon as I opened the barn doors felt like a hug from a thousand grandmothers.

That is the energy we have worked with ever since, creating our own slice of magic, bringing together sound, intention and Reiki to create our own Temple on the Hill.

Everything we’ve co-created over the years is a testament to every one of you who’s shown up for yourself, time and time again.

Thank you to each and every one of you, and to Jess, Julie, Kelly and every single person that’s helped with Reiki and behind the scenes to make it all possible. And to Karen, Farmer Ian, Gemma and the rest of the Castle Hill Farm family.

Here’s to another four years of magic 🌾✨️

✨️ Join us tomorrow for an immersive sound and energy healing session. A midweek space to unwind, switch off, and receive in a calm, supportive environment.

These sessions are ideal if:

🌿 you’ve been feeling stressed
🌿 run down
🌿 struggling to sleep
🌿 going through a tough time
🌿 just need some time for yourself

You’ll be guided through a relaxing layered journey of sound using crystal bowls, gong, chimes and drum, allowing the body and mind to fully let go. Throughout the session, Charley will be offering energy healing, helping to rebalance the body and support a deeper level of relaxation and release.

Beginners are always welcome. No experience needed.

We’ve got a lovely month of sessions here for you. A chance to relax, unwind, and take some time for yourself.

We’ve got a lot happening in the studio this month. The main room floor is being replaced next week, so a couple of sessions will pause briefly. Everything is updated on the timetable.

🩷 Our new weekly Wednesday Soundbath sessions are now underway
(15th, 22nd & 29th – then continuing weekly into May), alongside our Sunday Slowdown sessions (5th & 19th).

Gentle, immersive journeys through sound, supported by Charley’s energy healing. A space for you to drop in, unwind, and be held.

🌾 On Thursday 30th April we return to The Old Hay Barn at Birtle to mark 4 years of holding sessions in this beautiful space.
Over 50 sessions, with more than 1000 of you, and so many shared moments along the way. It’s been really special to share this journey together 💕x

🌊 Floating Soundbath – Friday 10th April
Just 2 spaces remaining. A fully immersive experience on the water, held in stillness and sound.

✨🪽 Psychic Night – Friday 17th April
Gina returns for another beautiful evening of connection, where messages come through from loved ones in spirit in a really natural and uplifting way.

Everyone receives a message during the evening, which makes these nights feel really personal and special. Whether it’s something you’ve been needing to hear or simply a moment of connection, there’s always something to take from the evening.
