I’m so pleased to share that our beautiful Sound Bath at The Parrs Bank Hotel has been rescheduled ✨

Join me on Wednesday 25th March for an evening of deep relaxation, restoration and connection in this stunning historic venue. With its grand architecture and calming atmosphere, it truly is the perfect setting to unwind and reset. 💜

Allow the soothing vibrations of crystal singing bowls, chimes, drum and other therapeutic instruments to gently calm your nervous system and bring harmony back to mind, body and spirit. 🌿

Step into your Sunday Sanctuary and allow yourself an hour to slow down, soften, and reconnect. This gentle sound bath offers a space to release the week that’s been and arrive grounded and clear for the week ahead.

A Sound Bath is a deeply relaxing experience where you’re immersed in the soothing vibrations of crystal bowls and other healing instruments, helping to calm the nervous system, ease stress, and restore energetic balance.

🪷 Mats, blankets, and eye masks are provided, but please feel free to bring your own.
🪶 Bring a cushion or pillow and a water bottle for comfort and hydration.

My heart is full. I am deeply honoured to guide these incredible women through their initiation into the sacred lineage of Usui Reiki. Over two transformative days, they will awaken their ability to channel universal healing energy — reconnecting to the power that has always lived within them.

Teaching Reiki is not just something I do — it is something I embody. Holding this space is a privilege, and I step into it with integrity, devotion and deep respect for the tradition.

If you feel called to begin your own Reiki journey, I would love to hear from you.

My trainings are intentionally intimate (maximum of 3 students) to ensure depth, connection and true energetic support. I also offer 1:1 immersions for those who desire a fully personalised experience.

Journey Through the Chakras ✨

This week we explore our 7th Chakra – The Crown 💜🤍

The Crown Chakra – Sahasrara – is our centre of spiritual connection, higher consciousness and divine awareness. Located at the top of the head, it represents our connection to something greater than ourselves — universal energy, source consciousness and divine guidance.

When balanced, we feel peaceful, aligned and deeply connected. There is trust, clarity and a sense of purpose. When imbalanced, we may feel disconnected, uncertain, spiritually lost or overly caught up in the physical world.

This session will be a gentle yet powerful journey of surrender, stillness and expansion. Through meditation, sound and subtle energy work, we’ll create space to quiet the mind and reconnect to the higher wisdom within.

✨ A Gentle Ending to a Beautiful Chapter ✨

After nearly two years, today I attended my final floating sound bath.

This time, I wasn’t holding the space — I had the honour of supporting Sue from Revive as she led her very first session. Such a heart warming moment 🤍

Over the past two years, these floating sound baths have been incredibly special to me. The stillness of the water, the vibration of sound, the deep surrender… it has been such a privilege to be part of something so unique and powerful.

To everyone who trusted me to hold space during this time — thank you. Your openness and presence meant more than you know.

And to those who supported me behind the scenes, helped create the space, and offered constant love and encouragement — I am so grateful.

As this chapter gently closes, I do so with a full heart and quiet excitement for what’s unfolding next ✨

This week we journey into our 6th chakra, the Third Eye – Ajna – our centre of intuition, inner wisdom and clarity. 💜

Located between the eyebrows, this energy centre governs insight, perception and our ability to see beyond illusion. When balanced, we feel guided, trust our intuition and feel deeply connected to our inner knowing. When imbalanced, we may experience overthinking, confusion or difficulty trusting ourselves.

Through meditation, sound and gentle energy work, we’ll quiet the mind, soften the noise of the outside world and reconnect to that deep inner guidance that has always been within you.

This evening we focus on the Throat Chakra – Vishuddha, our centre of communication, truth and self-expression. 💙
When balanced, this energy centre allows us to speak with clarity, authenticity and confidence. It supports honest conversations, creative expression and the ability to truly listen – both to others and to ourselves.

When blocked, we may feel unheard, hold back our truth, struggle to say no, or feel tightness around the throat, jaw or shoulders. Through guided meditation, sound and gentle energy work, we’ll create space to soften, release and reconnect to your voice — your truth — your power.

Morning folks 👋

Tonight (Sunday) I’ll be guiding a deep rest meditation on Zoom to support settling down and easing into sleep.

We’ve spoken quite a bit recently about sleep and busy minds, so this session is an invitation to slow everything right down, get cosy, and rest.

It will be a little different from a more traditional mindfulness practice, though mindfulness will still be woven through. I’ll be guiding a gentle body scan, calming breathwork, and safe space imagery, all designed to help the nervous system settle and make it easier to drift towards sleep.

There’s nothing to do and nowhere to get to. Just an invitation to lie down or sit comfortably and be guided.

I’ll also be recording the session.
If you can’t make it live but would like access to the recording, please let me know. The £3 contribution will still apply, so it remains fair to everyone.
