The Falls Response Team plays an essential role in the community, providing a timely response to people who have fallen at home or in a care home and helping to reduce pressure on local NHS resources.

They don't just help people get back on their feet; they provide rapid assessment, and ensure patients who are safe to leave at home receive appropriate follow-up care.

We're proud of the difference they make every day!

It was fantastic to attend the Greater Manchester Living Wage Event today! It was inspiring to hear from other accredited employers and advocates about the difference the Living Wage makes. The benefits for both employers and employees are evident. BARDOC are proud to be part of this movement.

Our educators, supervisors, clinical leads, and administrative staff all play a vital part in creating a space where every learner feels valued, supported, and inspired to grow.
