We are just informing you due to the current economic situation and to reduce our carbon footprint, we are making some changes to our delivery service.
We are still offering a Free Delivery service to the ELDERLY AND HOUSEBOUND Patients Once a Month.
For anyone else there will be a £5.00 DELIVERY FEE.

PHARMACY FIRST

As from 31st January 2024, we will be offering the Pharmacy First consultation with the pharmacist.

This service allows the pharmacist to treat the following conditions.

Sinusitis, sore throat, earache, infected insect bites, impetigo, shingles and uncomplicated urinary tract infections.

We are also offering a Blood pressure checking service, aimed at patients over the age of 40 who are not on any Blood pressure medication and have not had their Blood pressure checked recently.

The position for Pharmacy Assistant has now been filled. We are sorry that we were not able to reply to all applications due to the overwhelming response we got. Huntley Mount Pharmacy would like to thank you all for your interest in the position.

We currently have a vacancy for a pharmacy assistant approx 30 hours over 4 days a week and must be able to cover holidays as extra hours. Must have a full clean driving licence to be able to assist with deliveries. The ideal candidate would have a full medicine counter qualification and dispensary qualification, although training can be provided. Previous experience in retail or pharmacy would be helpful. We now have our own website. This allows you to download THE PRESCRIPTION APP, sign up and put in all your relevant information. You can then order your prescriptions with ease and when your prescription is ready you will receive an email to tell you. It has great features like a calender, and reminder messaging service to message you when you are due to order your regular medicines so you never forget. This will be easier than ringing the pharmacy and doctors’ surgeries.
