Solutions Bloom in Silence
Every challenge in your life is a doorway,
though sometimes the doorway
is hidden in shadow.
When we move too fast,
driven by urgency,
we rush past the very openings
we are searching for.
When we slow down,
when we let ourselves simply be here,
the light begins to shift.
Notice the way your breath
moves through you
like a gentle tide.
Feel the weight of the present moment
cradling you,
keeping you safe.
Here, in this quiet,
your thoughts no longer chase each other.
Here, options begin to emerge
like stars appearing in the night sky,
one by one,
steady and sure.
Every problem holds a solution,
we just need to be ready and willing to receive it.
And you will,
not by forcing,
not by grasping,
but by resting in the calm
that allows it to rise.
Breathe in.
Breathe out.
