Measles is spreading and cases are rising locally.

It’s not just a rash. Measles can lead to serious complications, especially in young children and vulnerable people.

The MMRV vaccine is safe, effective, and the best protection against measles, mumps, rubella and chickenpox.

If your child hasn’t had two doses, or you’re unsure, contact us and we’ll check.

Protect your child. Protect others. Don’t leave it to chance.

Children don’t always show when they’re struggling emotionally. Changes in behaviour, mood, sleep or school engagement can be early signs something isn’t right.

Encouraging open conversations and helping children understand their feelings from a young age can build resilience and support long-term wellbeing.

Cervical Cancer Prevention Week

Cervical cancer is largely preventable, but only if screening is up to date.

If you’re eligible and receive an invite for cervical screening, please book it. It’s quick, it’s important, and it could save your life.

Screening checks for HPV, the virus that can cause cervical cancer, often before any symptoms appear.

Don’t put it off.
Don’t ignore the letter.
Prevention starts with screening.
