Flu cases are climbing fast this winter, and we’re seeing the impact across our local community. If you haven’t had your flu jab yet, it’s not too late, the vaccine still offers strong protection and reduces your risk of serious illness.

Who’s eligible for a free NHS flu jab?
• Adults aged 65+
• Pregnant women
• People with long-term conditions (asthma, diabetes, heart or lung disease, etc.)
• Carers and household contacts of those at higher risk

We’re running walk-in flu clinics across all Manor View Practice sites. No booking. Just turn up.

Breast Health: Know Your 'Normal'

If you notice a new or unusual change:
➡️a lump or thickening,
➡️size/shape change,
➡️skin dimpling/redness,
➡️nipple changes (inversion, discharge, rash), or
➡️persistent pain/swelling

Get it checked. Most changes aren’t cancer, but early assessment matters.
