I love the power of boredom… being ‘Busy doing nothing ‘.💚

It’s one of the reasons I don’t have social media apps on my phone (iPad only)… I’m choosing quiet. Time to regulate my nervous system and calm my mind.

Of course, holistic therapies and soundbaths are powerful tools for supporting the parasympathetic nervous system… But once the session ends, what then? Do you normalise filling every gap… scrolling, posting, distracting? How are you quieting the inner noise in your everyday life?

Just another day in my “office”… and I wouldn’t have it any other way. 🥰

This morning was all about Pilates precision — working on a clients back health, building core strength, and strengthening posture muscles to help her body move and feel great. Building body confidence.

For the rest of the day I’m doing session included these treats:

✨ energy & sound therapy
✨ holistic massage
✨ reflexology

From strengthening to deep relaxation — supporting both body and mind 💫

Oh and I get to use my brand new towels. These small things should not make me this happy 🤣
