Whether you’re completely new to yoga or already part of our beautiful community, our doors are open and you are so welcome 💛

Join us on Saturday 7th February, 10:45am – 5pm, for a day of connection, curiosity and calm. Enjoy free taster sessions in a variety of yoga styles, meet our lovely teachers, and soak up the gentle, heart-led energy of the studio.

Amongst the mix of taster session is a guided meditation.
Sink into a deeply calming guided meditation, including a soothing aromatic head massage designed to quiet the mind, soften the body, and leave you feeling grounded, nurtured and held 💆🏽‍♀️🌿
