"can you do my feet please mum?" Has been replaced with "mummy can you do my head please?" I would never have guessed my foot reflexology obsessed children would choose head over feet. Last night my 5 year old couldn't keep his eyes open as I did some gentle cranial reflexology on him 🥰

It's great for little ones suffering from anxiety & busy brains, calming children with ADHD and those who struggle to sleep and it's been popular, recently, helping those on the brink of burn out (women who are doing it ALL with not a lot of support).

In July, I am going to be doing a “jam jar” tombola at our village fete day with all money raised going to Blythe House Hospice 💜

I have been busy saving jars and with the help of some little and not so little helpers in the village 😜…we have been decorating the jars. The aim is to have around 100 jars (I’m not far off that) and fill them with some fabulous prizes…. This is where you all come in!!!

I’m looking for anything that fits within a jar to be donated. I’m also looking for monetary donations for some jars and donations of money off/treatment vouchers etc from local businesses for others.

Any business donating will be able to pop a business card in the jar too and leave some leaflets or cards with me to hand out on the day.

I’m hoping to raise as much as possible for this amazing charity. If you’ve not had to access this service yourself I’m sure you know someone who has. They are local and they are fabulous 💜
