Happy World book day!

Tonight's read is The Song Reader by Lisa Tucker.

As you know, im normally seeking out in books.
We've got our own micro hrakth and wellbeing library in the clinic for clients.

So, today has given me an opportunity to go back to fiction and start reading again.

My favourite thing to do is walk to somewhere where I can be quiet in nature or if heading to a local cafe where I can be amongst the busy in my little space.

Where's your favourite place to read and do you have any recommendations?

This has been her first week on the phones and email and what a week to start with me 🤪

💎️ She's been an absolute gem, ringing everyone this week and getting to know you. I am grateful of our community being so welcoming to her.

Maia will be on the phone and email Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5pm to answer questions, book appointments and reschedule appointments to get and keep you well.☎️

Out of these hours you can still need a message with real human 24 hours a day.

My sincere apologies 🙏

Healing is a process, not an event.

Couldn't be truer for us this last 2 weeks!

We consistently work on our health, in our lifestyle habits and mindset. Not perfection but progress.

My recovery is going really well and I was so happy being back in clinic yesterday helping people with their health goals 🙌

Unfortunately, my two big strapping lads have high temperatures and need mummy cuddles 🥰

See you all next week!
We've got extra clinics on next week to look after everyone.

Its getting to the time when we are venturing into the garden and spring cleaning and I'm right here to support you!
