Recently, I have had time to revisit the question I asked back in 2022 - "Does outdoor counselling work?" Back then, I struggled to find evidence when I asked why outdoor counselling works. In my latest blog post, I have used some of the introduction to my MSc dissertation and hope it explains why nature is therapeutic and why being in nature, walking and talking might help you.
