Connex Care and Support We provide one-to-one support and group activities to support disabled children and adults We now support Adults up to the age of 55 years.

Aspire Disability Support Services have been supporting children and young people with disabilities for more than 15 years. We support individuals with a variety of disabilities and additional needs from mild needs to severe/complex needs. This support can be in the home or even out in the community. Our service is a project run by the Voluntary and Community Services Peaks and Dales and our office is based in Buxton, Derbyshire. We cover support in the High Peak, Derbyshire Dales and Chesterfield area primarily and we also have a service in Tameside. We can provide support in other areas depending on funding.

🔔 Ringing the Bell! 🔔

After six long months of chemotherapy, yesterday Janette proudly rang the bell to celebrate the end of treatment! ✨

This journey hasn’t been easy but has been filled with courage, determination and incredible support.

A heartfelt thank you to the amazing nurses, doctors and the wonderful staff at Janette's house who were there every step of the way - your kindness, compassion, and dedication have meant the world. 💛 A special mention goes to Gwen and Jo P whose unwavering support made sure Janette never missed an appointment. Your care and commitment was truly above and beyond - thank you from the bottom of our hearts ❤️

Here’s to new beginnings, continued strength, and brighter days ahead. 🌈
