Connex Care and Support We provide one-to-one support and group activities to support disabled children and adults We now support Adults up to the age of 55 years.

Aspire Disability Support Services have been supporting children and young people with disabilities for more than 15 years. We support individuals with a variety of disabilities and additional needs from mild needs to severe/complex needs. This support can be in the home or even out in the community. Our service is a project run by the Voluntary and Community Services Peaks and Dales and our office is based in Buxton, Derbyshire. We cover support in the High Peak, Derbyshire Dales and Chesterfield area primarily and we also have a service in Tameside. We can provide support in other areas depending on funding.

We had a very special birthday to celebrate last week… Emily turned the big 3-0! 🥳💖

And wow, did she celebrate in style! 💅
From a relaxing day at the spa 🧖‍♀️, to some competitive fun at the bowling lanes 🎳, and of course… a cheeky McDonald’s treat to top it all off 🍟🍔😄

Sam and Katy had a busy and rewarding week at Village View Farm 🐄🌾

They got stuck in with daily tasks like mucking out and helping to look after the animals 🐑🐓 It was a hands-on experience that kept them active, engaged, and part of something really meaningful.

Being involved in community-based activities like this is such an important part of social care—building skills, confidence, and a real sense of contribution 🤝💙

Laura and Sam had such a lovely day out this week 😊

They spent the day exploring Sudbury Hall 🏰, taking in the beautiful surroundings and enjoying a change of scenery. On the way home, they couldn’t resist a quick stop at Tagg Lane for a well-earned ice cream 🍦—the perfect way to end a great day!

🐣🌼 Double the Eggs, Double the Fun! 🌼🐣

What a fantastic Easter holiday day we’ve had!

Jack took on not one, but TWO Easter egg hunts – first at the Pump Room and then another at Tittersworth 🥚🐰

He also smashed a 4.5k walk around Tittersworth! He did the egg hunt and carried on a bit further because it was such a lovely day ☀️

Jack proudly won an Easter egg 🍫 and finished it off with some fun at the park 🛝

Meanwhile, Nikita joined an Easter egg hunt at the Norfolk Arms and came out a winner too (with a little help from Lindsey 😉). Well done Nikita! 👏
