Last Friday and Saturday, we held a cake sale to raise funds for the 💛
A huge shoutout to Jody for baking the incredible (and seriously delicious) cakes that made it all possible. 🍰

This Friday and Saturday morning, we will be hosting a cake sale baked and organised by our member 😋🧁
Funds raised from the sales of these tasty cupcakes will go towards as a part of their "Big bake" fundraiser.
A charity that has supported Callum through his fight against the biggest Cancer killer in children and adults under 40.
You can head up and grab your cupcake between 6am-10am and 5pm-8pm on Friday, and from 8am-12pm on Saturday, you can donate with cash or using the barcode which goes straight to the charity!

We first set the facility up 2.5 years and we did this because both Dave and Callum were personal trainers at another local gym.
Personal training can be quite expensive, costing around £20-30 per one-hour session.
They found that lots of people were interested in personal training but just couldn’t afford it.
So they wanted to make it more affordable and more accessible to more people.
That is when they decided to set up PT Corner.
They moved from the 1-2-1 personal training model they used to offer and now offer ‘group personal training.’
What does this mean?
It means you share a personal training session in a small group which reduces the price massively whilst still keeping that personal training involvement.
It also means you get multiple sessions throughout the month instead of perhaps just the one per week you could afford with 1-2-1 personal training.
