If you are eager to further your career and education along with gaining health & social care qualifications, Nested Support is the place to start. Our clinical lead who is a practising GP will support and educate on health conditions.
We work closely with training providers to enable all staff to complete NVQ 2,3,4 & 5 and any other programme they wish.
Principal duties and responsibilities:
To provide an exceptionally high-quality care service which will involve the provision of personal, social and domestic care to support individuals to achieve desired outcomes in keeping their independence.
Supporting and assisting with all personal care requirements in a holistic person-centred way.
Provide companionship and supportive listening.
Prompting and administering medication as prescribed by a qualified medical practitioner as detailed in the care plan while promoting independence and treating the individual with dignity and respect.
Accompanying and transporting individuals to appointments and / or social events.
Preparing meals / shopping.
To carry out chosen activities, inside or outside their home.
To use the Nested Support online system to record visits and incidents.
To demonstrate a person-centred approach to care and always promote independence and dignity.
To ensure individuals receive an excellent standard of care and fully deliver all tasks in their care plan.
What we offer
£12.00 per hour
Mileage 45p per mile
Contract
Enhanced hourly rate paid on Bank Holidays
28 days paid holidays per annum– pro-rata
Paid mandatory training and ongoing professional development.

Requirements:
Excellent communication skills.
Have a current UK driving licence and have a vehicle available and insured for work purposes.
Be willing to undergo an enhanced DBS check.
