On 5th November 2025, Lawrence of Fairfield passed away peacefully at Ashbourne Lodge Care Home, aged 78 years. Beloved husband of the late Edna, loving father of Ian, Sue, Tina and Lisa, also a cherished grandad and great grandad. He will be greatly missed by all his family and friends.
Funeral service to take place at St. Peter's Church, Fairfield on Thursday 4th December 2025 at 10am followed by committal at Macclesfield Crematorium. Family flowers only please. On 2nd November 2025, Simon of Buxton passed away peacefully at home, aged 56 years. Loving son of Maureen and Charles, beloved brother of Kimberley, brother-in-law of Gareth and a cherished uncle to Lilly and Jack.

On 30th October 2025, Stig of Peak Dale passed away suddenly at home, aged 60 years.
Beloved father of Leanne and father-in-law of Carl, a cherished grandad of Alfie and Lily, a loving son of Terry and brother of Karen and Tony. He will be greatly missed by all his family and friends.

On Saturday 25th October 2025 Ron of Burbage, passed away peacefully at the Pavilion Care Home after a short illness, aged 94 years. Beloved husband of the late Dilys Mae Dawson, loving father of Christine, cherished grandfather of Alice, Hannah and Michael, and great grandfather of Rory and the baby.
He will be greatly missed by all his family and friends.

Following the wonderful response to last year’s service at The Cavendish Golf Club — a venue we truly loved — we’ve outgrown the space and are pleased to announce that this year’s event will be held at the Leewood Hotel.

Join us for a warm and reflective evening filled with music, carols, and remembrance as we come together to honour the memories of loved ones.
