Love these split variations. Last August I tore my hamstring literally tripping on my own feet on holiday 😂 It takes longer to heal as we age but I’m finally slowly getting my flexibility back. My goal in my fifties is to just keep strong, flexible and mobile. The tone and definition and shape is a positive side effect of doing Pilates . Definitely not my main focus anymore , albeit a nice to have 🤩 who can relate to this 🤔
