🧠💪 Why Magnesium Matters for Muscle Health
Magnesium is essential for healthy muscles - it regulates contraction and relaxation, supports energy production (ATP), and helps reduce cramps and spasms.
But here’s something most people don’t realise…
🇬🇧💧 UK tap water contains very low levels of magnesium — with an average of only around 3–4 mg per litre. So even if you’re drinking plenty of water, you’re probably not getting enough magnesium to support optimal muscle function.
