Please Read..

Been away from group a few weeks or months even.. I get it sometimes life gets in the way and you just loose that focus..

BUT if your ready NOW to come back and start again.. just think how happy you'll feel feeling healthier and fitting better in your clothes by Xmas.. nothing worse than not feeling good at the festive times.. ive been there I know it feels, nothing to wear dreading going out. Sitting all night trying to cover yourself. ITS NOT a nice feeling..

So come on let's do it for YOU..
