***Hyper mobility***
We all know that being flexible is useful. But how flexible is too much? Can we ever be too bendy?
I treat a lot of climbers with stiff upper back and shoulders. There's lots of exercises to work on this. But what about if you are TOO flexible. Is your party trick popping your thumb or shoulder in and out of joint? Can you wrap your leg around your neck?!
Well there's some food for thought in this post.
