🎨 Workshop in focus: Synwyriwm / Visual Arts and Mental Health

We can’t wait to hear from Synwyriwm at this year’s conference. It’s a project by Amser i Siarad / Time to Talk & Galeri (Caernarfon), with Plas Newydd, National Trust that helps people with mental health challenges to connect, reflect and heal, with support from Welsh-speaking artists.

From hands-on workshops to a touring exhibition co-curated by participants, this project celebrates the power of community, creativity, and conversation. 💚
