🤰🏼Maternity Notice

As many of my lovely clients are aware, I’m excited to share that we are expecting our 2nd baby during December👣.

While I aim to continue working until then, my hours will become more limited throughout October and November.
With this, I’d ask that bookings are to be made in advance as I’m not going to be able to squeeze as many of you guys in as I’d like, unfortunately!

My Maternity leave will then start on the 1st of December.

My hours have been altered on the booking app & the link can be found in my Bio🫶🏻

This just happens to be a very intense response to some sliding myofascial cupping🤩 finished with some dry needling to eliminate the trigger points in the traps🙌🏼

PS…it isn’t painful either🫶🏻

⁉️ Did you know….

Tightness in the calf can cause Plantar Fascia🤯

When the calf muscles are tight, they can pull on the Achilles tendon, which in turn puts tension on the plantar fascia🦶🏻

So, get both treated with some dry needling in the calf & some MyoFascial Cupping to the plantar fascia🧠💡
