17 years ago today I held my very first Slimming World group in West Moors, Dorset. I was petrified!! I'd lost lots of weight, felt fabulous, absolutely loved Food Optimising and wanted to tell and help the whole world lose weight like I had!! I had a full time job which within 3 months, I left to add more sessions to my group and then took on the Ferndown morning group! Fast forward 17 years and I'm back home here in Wales still running groups, still absolutely loving my role and as passionate as I was in day one to help people achieve their dreams, living happier, healthier lives! 🩷

Here's to the next 17 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤔
