7 years of our fabulous Saturday morning group! 🎉🎉🎉🎉

We opened our doors and you loved it so much, we had to immediately add another session to accommodate you all! 👬👫👭🧑‍🤝‍🧑

The members have built such a warm, friendly, inspirational and successful community. They blow me away every single week with the support they give eachother. They are a family!

They have won many awards over the years, and their most important acheivment...Gold Status!! Meaning they are one of the highest achieving groups in the country! I'm immensely proud of them all individually and as a group. 🫶

If you'd love to be part of a successful group of amazing like minded people, to be inspired and motivated every single week, to acheive your weight loss and health goal dreams, get in touch or come along to ANY of my gorgeous groups, they are ALL super friendly, massively supported and of course, lots of fun! 17 years ago today I held my very first Slimming World group in West Moors, Dorset. I was petrified!! I'd lost lots of weight, felt fabulous, absolutely loved Food Optimising and wanted to tell and help the whole world lose weight like I had!! I had a full time job which within 3 months, I left to add more sessions to my group and then took on the Ferndown morning group! Fast forward 17 years and I'm back home here in Wales still running groups, still absolutely loving my role and as passionate as I was in day one to help people achieve their dreams, living happier, healthier lives! 🩷

Here's to the next 17 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤔
