NOTICE TO ALL PATIENTS

Due to an increase in respiratory illnesses and rising pressures on local hospitals, all patients with cold, flu-like, or respiratory symptoms are required to wear a mask when attending the surgery.

This measure is in place to protect vulnerable patients and our staff.

Please be aware: refusal to wear a mask may result in you not being seen.

Due to staff training for new clinical system, we are limited to what we can offer this afternoon, sorry for any inconvenience caused.

URGENT NOTICE REGARDING PRACTICE CLOSURE
15th OCTOBER 2025 – afternoon only

Please be aware that the Practice will be closed from 1pm this afternoon due to Health Board allocated Practice Training
We will be contactable by telephone for urgent only matters.
Please only contact surgery if you deem your condition urgent and it cannot be self-treated or redirected to another agency such as pharmacy, dentist, optician or minor injuries.

Any illness that cannot wait until tomorrow, please contact us and we will take the details and pass them to Urgent Primary Care Services.
If you are experiencing a life threatening condition please call 999.
