We have some amazing news to share 🐾

Therapaws Wellbeing Services CIC has been awarded funding through the Community Facilities Programme, to support the Therapaws Wellbeing Hub in Bedwas and we are so grateful for this support.

The aim of the hub has always been to create a safe, welcoming space where people can come if they are feeling anxious, lonely, overwhelmed or just need some support and connection. Over the past few months we have seen how much these sessions are needed and this funding will help us to continue to grow and offer more wellbeing activities, peer support and therapeutic sessions for the community.

The hub will be offering: talking therapy groups, coffee mornings and specialist wellbeing activities, all in a friendly and supportive environment.

Thank you to everyone who has encouraged us along the way 💚 This is just the beginning!

We are currently developing the Therapaws Wellbeing hub on Bedwas Industrial Estate and we are looking for local practitioners and services who offer wellbeing-focused support and may benefit from using a calm, welcoming space.
The aim of the hub is to create a safe, supportive environment for local communities, offering activities that help with relaxation, mental wellbeing, social connection and overall health.
We would love to hear from people who provide services such as:

🐾Counselling or Talking Therapies
🐾Massage and Holistic Therapies
🐾Wellbeing and relaxation sessions
🐾Support Groups
🐾Yoga/ mindfulness/ meditation
🐾Complementary therapies
🐾Community support services
🐾Any other wellbeing- based activities

If you are looking for space to run sessions, work with the community or collaborate with other local services, feel free to message the page for a chat.

We are especially keen to work with people who want to help make wellbeing support more accessible.
