Today we met up with our fire instructor Dale .dale in Barry to organise our next Fire Warden training session. 🔥
We also had some extra help from our newest little fire safety trainee, Lewys 😍 who was absolutely over the moon to meet Dale!
Always great to plan the next round of training and make fire safety a priority. 👨‍🚒

Today we are delivering a 2 day FAWR ⛑️to an amazing team of qualified first aiders who are renewing their qualifications here in ! George our assistant mannequin is very pleased with their hospitality 😊

🎉 Today we were absolutely over the moon as we welcomed our very first team of students to our new training centre in Bridgend! 🎉
Even more special was seeing Matt join us — one of our very first students back in Cardiff 9 years ago! It’s amazing to see him return to update his certificate after nearly a decade with Four Minutes.
Matt is now a commercial fitter, and we couldn’t be prouder to seeing him developing!
Here’s to new beginnings in Bridgend and to supporting our learners every step of the way! 🚀

🔨🪚 Today we had the pleasure of working with Paula and Oscar from Guardians for Heroes!
They’re helping us bring to life our very first wooden office product for the workplace — and we couldn’t be more excited! 🌱🪵
With Oscar’s incredible craftsmanship as a carpenter and Paula Massey expertise in using recyclable materials, we’re building something that’s not only functional, but truly sustainable for our clients and their work environments.Thank you both for this amazing collaboration and opportunity! 🙏✨

Today we are working at Bridgend with local businesses and factories at Bridgend industrial estate and at the Waterton retail park! We have seen many health and safety managers and talked about risk assessment processes to ensure the safety in the area is improved! 🧯👷

Today we delivered Four Minutes products and training services from our new training centre at C5 Business Centre in Bridgend!
It was great to connect with local businesses on the Bridgend Industrial Estate, build new relationships, and identify valuable health and safety improvements that can make a real difference in the workplace. training .

📚Energy and enthusiasm filled the classroom today as our students took part in an Emergency First Aid at Work training session that left participants feeling confident, empowered, and ready to respond in critical situations.
