We provide local courses at a range of venues and at our training centres in Caerphilly Business Park and Bridgend Industrial Estate.

First Aid at Work Mental Health, Basic Life Support, CPR-AED, Manual Handling, Fire Safety and Anaphylaxis. Four Minutes focuses on training the inexperienced rescuer. Our approach to training is to build confident first aiders, increasing their willingness to respond when faced with a medical emergency by teaching them the skills they need in a non-stressful learning environment. Participants are also given as plenty of practice time to master and retain skills including CPR and AED with the latest hi-tech training equipment. We also supply first aid products.

This is an Adrenaline Kitt that we just spotted at Center Parcs UK in Longleat. We want to say congratulations to the health and safety te there as they have several Adrenaline kitts, AEDs and Trauma kitts within the park. You are entitled to place an Adrenaline kitt if you are a school, leisure facility or any facility with high capacity of people.
Anaphylaxis is severe allergic reaction that can lead to death if it’s untreated. Having an Adrenaline auto injector Kitt available you increasing the rate of survival in an emergency. We offer anaphylaxis and oxygen training as a special half day training. Contact us at learn@fourminutes.training

We had such a lovely group from new and old clients with us yesterday for their refresher training! It’s always a pleasure to see them again — especially as we’ve been working with them for 9 years now. You might have heard about meningitis in the news, and you may be feeling worried. The best thing you can do is know the symptoms and act fast if you spot them.

If you suspect someone has meningitis, call 999 immediately. Do not wait for all the signs as some may not appear, it can develop quickly and they may become seriously ill. Taking fast action is the best way to get the treatment needed.

Today we met up with our fire instructor Dale .dale in Barry to organise our next Fire Warden training session. 🔥
We also had some extra help from our newest little fire safety trainee, Lewys 😍 who was absolutely over the moon to meet Dale!
Always great to plan the next round of training and make fire safety a priority. 👨‍🚒

🎉 Today we were absolutely over the moon as we welcomed our very first team of students to our new training centre in Bridgend! 🎉
Even more special was seeing Matt join us — one of our very first students back in Cardiff 9 years ago! It’s amazing to see him return to update his certificate after nearly a decade with Four Minutes.
Matt is now a commercial fitter, and we couldn’t be prouder to seeing him developing!
Here’s to new beginnings in Bridgend and to supporting our learners every step of the way! 🚀

They’re helping us bring to life our very first wooden office product for the workplace — and we couldn’t be more excited! 🌱🪵
