I love our little Hilltop Hideaway (a huge and grateful thank you to for creating this beautiful garden many moons ago before we owned the house) and I’m loving being able to develop it and create and make it our space 💚

🌷 Self Care / Recovery 🌷

Whether you’ve chosen to take a minute to do a little self care and recovery or it’s been thrust upon you due to an injury (like me 🙌😂🙈) it’s worth it!
•
As frustrating as this injury is I’ve found that it’s taught me valuable lessons that I often forget and that is:
1. Slowing down is NOT a bad thing (the washing and housework will always be there 🤷‍♀️)
2. Count your blessings - Gratitude for the small things in life, like a body that is fully functioning!
3. Be fully appreciative of the people around you who have got your back and help with or without you asking to 💓
4. I simply have the best clients! You’ve all been blooming wonderful about rescheduling and sending me well wishes 😘 thank you 🙏🏻

So why not try and take a little moment today (while the sun is shining ☀️🙌), slow down, take a deep breath and think of the things or people you are grateful for 💚

It’s the first day back at school for our lot 🙌 🥳😂
Don’t get me wrong I LOVE their bones and spending time with them.. but I also love the routine of school (and my moments of quiet time while they are there 🙌)
So if you’re feeling a little frazzled or just need a little quiet time after a full two weeks of the kids being home - make some time for you!!
