Hi, my name is Rebecca Hamilton and I have my own business within the field of Holistic Sports Therapy. I graduated in 2013 from Sheffield Hallam University with a FdSc in Health and Active Lifestyles in which I achieved most of the qualifications listed above. During this time I gained my Level 6 among the other external qualifications. I have recently stepped down as the Sports Therapist for Market Rasen and Louth Rugby Club, as i now have a young family that requires my attention. During the 12 years at the rugby club my role entailed treating the players both on training nights and pitch side for match days every weekend, whether it be home or away. I ensured the players were in the best physical state they could be, by assessing and treating their injuries sustained and rehabbing them back to full fitness. Now my full focus is on my clinic based at Bfit Lincs Gym in Caistor, where i have been since 2018. Here i see clients ranging from rugby players, office workers, elderly patients and parents seeking advice for their children....

Happy New Year everyone 🥂🙌🏻

I hope you’ve all had a wonderful Christmas break, it’s been very much needed for me. My return date is Monday 5th January, so I’ve still got time to enjoy my shared Birthday with my youngest 🥰🥳

Qualifications:

BSc Hons in Sports Therapy, Level 5 Advance Diploma in Sports Therapy, FdSc in Health and Active Lifestyles, Level 4 Diploma in Sports Therapy, REPs Level 3 qualified Personal Trainer, REPs Level 2 Gym Instructor, Level 3 Sports Massage, Rock Tape qualified and also trained within Sports specific taping, Functional Facial Taping qualified, Sports Specific First Aid trained and qualified in Medical Acupuncture.

My name is Rebecca Hamilton and my business is in the field of Holistic Sports Therapy. In 2013 I graduated from Sheffield Hallam University having obtained an FdSc in Health and Active Lifestyles which covered most of my qualifications, as listed above. The most recently achieved was a BSc Hons in Sports Therapy, included in this was Level 5 in Advanced Sports Therapy. For the last ten years I have been the Sports Therapist for the Market Rasen and Louth Rugby Club. This work involves me in attending the players on training nights and also being at the pitch side during actual matches. This covers both home and away matches during which I have to make sure the players are at their best level of fitness and when necessary treating any sustained soft tissue injuries and giving them any rehabilitation treatment they may need to bring them back to full fitness. Alongside of this I also have a private business with a variety of clients who come from all walks of life, working either within the clinic or gym, using my Personal Training qualification to guide clients through any rehabilitation program that they may need.
