Imbolc always feels like the first little whispers of change.
The earth begins to stir.
Roots move beneath the surface, and
Dreams quietly start to form, before they take shape.

And as we move toward the Spring Equinox, we shift our energy from resting into becoming.
From winter’s stillness into new life.

On March 22nd I’m holding a retreat day to honour this turning of the seasons.
A space to ground, breathe, and release what we carried through winter, and gently plant intentions for spring.

I can't tell you how many times over my hair career that I've hit burnout, my body depleted, my mind mush, and my nervous system, fried. And what did I do? I kept going...

So many of us do this.
We are taught to always meet the expectations of others, to keep showing up, and push through. And somewhere along the way, WE disappear, Our needs slip to the bottom of the list, often without us even noticing.

so at our 🔥BURNOUT event I will be asking you to look deep...

What a great night we had last night it was so good to be back.

This month we learnt all about Sigil's, some of the history, and how to use and incorporate them into your spiritual practice, and how they can assist you in everyday life.

Then everyone got cosy & comfortable and we went on a journey to visit our future self one year from now.

I also introduced "timeline sipping" to everyone which was interesting.

just love working with sigils, I can get completely lost in the creation for ages, and this is one I created recently.

For those that don't know Sigils are a form of ancient magic, a secret language. I feel they're created from word, or intention then shaped by the unseen, and before you know it a symbol has been birthed, beyond any language and logic.

These symbols have been used across time for many things such as, protection, healing, remembrance, love, boundaries, ceremony, and calling in change, and manifestation.

Once created, a sigil becomes a living thing. It can be drawn, painted sewn, burned, placed on the body, visual or invisible, the list can go on..

In our sister circle on Sunday we will be learning how to create, & how to AWAKEN them, then how to weave them into our daily life in ways that feel intuitive and sacred.

Our first Sister Circle of 2026 is coming up. So if you've been thinking about joining a circle, you'd be very welcome.❤️🌹❤️

It is Sunday 18th January at 5.30pm (normally it's later)
We always start with a gentle check in, a chance to share what has been happening in our lives and you're held by your sisters in whatever way you need.

We're still moving through the energy of the Wood Snake so we will begin with some energy clearing to help release and let go.

Then this month we will move into a fun and creative workshop on sigil making. We will explore how sigils can be used within your personal practice, along with candle carving to bring intention into form.

We will close the evening with a soothing meditation to ground everything in.

When we are born we are given,

- A name

- A race

- A religion or belief system

Just let that sink in..., before we even took our first breath into this world some of these things had already been decided for us...

My name is Lisa

I am half English/Scottish

I am Catholic...🧐🤔

I went to a Catholic school, done the R.E studies, & Sunday school, because that's what I was brought up to believe and embody...

But even at an early age I knew it wasn't MY TRUTH, I could see through the generational programming, and the expectations, (even though I didn't know that's what it was at the time)
For me it just didn't ring true, I couldn't follow & feel what everyone around felt... I couldn't make sense of it.

So I went on my own journey, I'm still on it,- and ive found my own path, it wasn't easy and it's ever evolving, it's full of realisations, and questions.

On my journey I've experienced,

guilt

fear

loneliness

But this path I'm on I CHOOSE ❤️.

Are you a spiritual in betweener ?

If I’m honest, I've never fit neatly anywhere spiritually.
Jesus, has been a presence all my life; (a gift my upbringing did give me ), but church NEVER sat right in my body.

I had questions that were met with fear or silence, and in School was often sent to the rectors office 😂

Later, I found my connections with earth. Ritual. Witchcraft.
And for the first time ever, I felt connected in a way that felt natural, to ME.

But I was often told that these practices were wrong, or even dangerous.

So I ended up in this in-between space.

Feeling like I was not fully accepted anywhere.
For a long time it hurt, I was confused, and questioned myself.

But now I see it differently.
Some of us are meant to walk this middle path.

🌹 - To hold more than one truth at once.

🌹 - To trust our inner knowing. Instead of outsourcing our spirituality, to patriarchal religions

🌹- And there’s absolutely nothing broken or wrong about that.

It just means your re-membering, and listening to your own inner voice...
