INTERNATIONAL WOMAN'S DAY

For the rising in woman everywhere 🔥

Today I honour the brave women who speak their truth,
and the women who have not yet found their voice.

I honour the women of this world,
the great creators of life.
The women who birth children,
and the women who birth art, vision, rebellion, and change.

Within our wombs
we hold life between worlds.

I honour every woman standing
in this wild moment of history.
This beautiful, chaotic, mind-f**k of a time
when the old world trembles
and something new begins to rise.

We are here to see it.
We are here to feel it.
We are here to witness it.

And through it all
the strength of women rises again.

Fierce.
Unapologetic.
Sacred.

Love.
Strength.
Sovereignty.

Today I shared a lovely gentle session with a client.
We began by sitting quietly together, sipping cacao. There was no rush to begin, no pressure to move the process in any direction. We just simply allowed the space to open in its own time.

It was simple, deep presence. We both settled our nervous systems by softened our breath in calmness. And through that gentleness our energy naturally mirrored one another.

And it was from that energy the healing began to move. No forcing, no searching. Just a quiet unfolding....

Over the past six months I have been witnessing a shift in people's needs in sessions.
And today reminded me how powerful simplicity and grounded presence can be. So I will be making a few gentle changes to my sessions. I will share more about that soon.

Oft… the last couple of weeks have felt so heavy in a way that has gone beyond words or emotion, so much so it settled into my body and made me physically unwell for a week, it's been like purging.

Even though I have known about much of this info from the EP files for years, I don't think I was prepared for the undeniable, "graffic in your face", details.

So for the last couple of weeks, I've had to pause seeing clients while I physically, and energetically get myself sorted.

These evils that have been going on for centuries, but now we're living through an UNVEILING,....., It may look chaotic, but we cannot build new Earth on the foundations of the old distorted ways... It ALL has to fall & be revealed, it's part of the process.

Even if you refuse to see it, or read about it, our body's nervous systems still registers it all, within. We all carry this collective energy it's just some of us are wired to feel things more.

So this truly has been a lesson for me, A strengthening. And also an initiation. It's brought a deeper awareness of protection and discernment, so that I can continue to serve in the way I am called to.

Last night our Sister Circle gathered, and our theme this month was soul contracts, and how they may weave together with the Fire Horse energy.

The last time the Fire Horse was here was sixty years ago, in 1966. It was not a quiet year.

Across Western countries,
🐎 young people began to question rigid traditional ways of living.

🔥 Authority was challenged. In the United States, the civil rights movement intensified, with rising demands around segregation and police brutality.

🐎 Groups such as the Black Panther Party were formed during that period.

🔥 Women’s rights gained momentum. & conversations around sexual freedom for women began to open up

These are only a few examples, yet when you look at them closely, you can feel the pattern. A generation unwilling to accept inherited structures without question. A stirring of people starting to NOT accept what we were programmed to accept.

Can you see echoes of that now?

When we speak about soul contracts, we are not speaking about blame or fate. We are speaking about themes. About the possibility that some souls arrive in certain eras to maybe challenge, to disrupt, or to simply witness change...

The Fire Horse carries momentum, change, independence. It does not settle easily into confinement.

Ask yourself where does this energy sit within your own life ?

It actually feels quite fitting that this Sunday’s Sister Circle is all about soul contracts.
When you look at what’s happening in the world right now, it brings up those big questions like,
✨ Why are we here at this point in time?

✨ What did we agree to step into?

✨ What cycle are we moving through, both as individuals and collectively?

I’ve got a feeling our conversations are going to be interesting. We’ll be exploring soul contracts, what they mean for us personally, and how the Fire Horse energy links into the cycle we’re in right now.

You know there really is something powerful about sitting in circle with like minded people. When the world feels uncertain, we're there for each other.

With all of what is going on in this world right now, I want you to know that whatever you are feeling is absolutely valid..., feel it.

But humanity is in this for the long run, so we have to find ways of,

- regulating our nervous system

- setting energetic boundaries, with ourselves and others

- to know when to be informed and when to take time out.

- and to protect your energy.

Imbolc always feels like the first little whispers of change.
The earth begins to stir.
Roots move beneath the surface, and
Dreams quietly start to form, before they take shape.

I can't tell you how many times over my hair career that I've hit burnout, my body depleted, my mind mush, and my nervous system, fried. And what did I do? I kept going...

So many of us do this.
We are taught to always meet the expectations of others, to keep showing up, and push through. And somewhere along the way, WE disappear, Our needs slip to the bottom of the list, often without us even noticing.

so at our 🔥BURNOUT event I will be asking you to look deep...
