Our restaurant is closed until the 7th of February, but the sauna is open every day 🩵

The "Trossachs Swimmers" give their honest opinion of the Venachar Lochside Sauna.

The Trossachs Swimmers are a group of men and women from Callander, Doune and the surrounding areas who swim 3 times a week in the Lochs around the Trossachs. Usually, they warm up with a dry robe, so they sometimes treat themselves to a Venachar Lochside Sauna! 🔥

These swimmers are pros and know what they are talking about, so we are so proud they choose to come to VL for their sauna session 🥰

We are closing Venachar Lochside. Tomorrow is you LAST chance to try our food.

We are going to close our restaurant for three weeks to plan for summer, create new menus, and get staff ready for the crazy rush over Valentine's Day!

We'll be back for food on the 7th of February, but inbetween we're keeping all things Sauna going, so please feel free to pop round for a heat! 🔥

If you love coming to the VL sauna, we’ve got some new additions, but keeping the price at just £15! 👇🏼

We have made the walk round from the changing rooms to the sauna WAY more comfy by laying down slabs - and - We’ve made it easier for you to hang up your dry-robe and towel with hooks inbetween the cold plunge and sauna!

Happy New Year to all our lovely locals. Thank you for all your support this year, we are so glad you have been loving us. We really feel welcomed into and a part of the Callander community in a way we never could have imagined being just a wedding venue.

It has been a crazy year with ups and downs and our amazing local community has stuck by us through it all (that’s you by the way 🩵)

We are continuing to go strong in 2026.

Merry Christmas Callander and surrounding areas! ❤️

Whether you spent the day running up Ben Ledi and racing between family visits, or completely chilled out with the fire on, I hope you had a wonderful day yesterday.

Ours was calm and cosy, and a little emotional too as it’s our last Christmas just me and Bradley 🤱🏼

A huge thank you to all the locals who bought gift vouchers for Christmas presents. Please let me know, how did the surprises go? Were they well received! Leave a comment and me and Bradley can go through them today and tomorrow 😋

For a wee Christmas special treat, Bradley took the afternoon off yesterday to destress before Christmas 😌

When things are getting a little too busy, it is so nice to stop and relax the mind for an hour and just appreciate that we have this amazing experience we can go into whenever we need it!
