We’ve had some INCREDIBLE weight losses in group this week and a lot of what has been shared has been about planning. Recognising times that could catch you out and preparing in advance to make sure you aren’t steered into old habits.
I took this on board and prepared an oat and chia seed pudding to take with me to work this morning 😍 absolutely delicious and super filling too! That’s the beauty of being part of a group - picking up hints and tips along the way to create healthier habits that are sustainable long term.
