➡️ Beating yourself up for past mistakes. Ask yourself how much longer are you going to punish yourself and how is this affecting your mood and life.

➡️ In your own head telling yourself that you are not good enough, making you feel depressed.

➡️ Envying other people you probably don't know and not appreciating what you do have.

➡️ Comparing yourself to others when you don’t have a clue what their lives are really like. They may envy the life you have.

➡️ Living in fear and self-doubt which is making you stressed and anxious. Which is keeping you from achieving what you want in your life.

➡️ Trying to please other people, because you are afraid to lose that connection with someone who probably doesn’t matter anyway. People who love you will understand if you say ‘no’.

➡️ Telling yourself what you cannot do and why you can’t do it. Instead of believing that you can achieve anything you want.

➡️ Living in the past and the ‘what if’s' instead of living in the moment and being present.

➡️ Looking in the mirror for imperfections because you don’t like who you are. That inner critic can feel like a relentless bully.

➡️ Trying to look perfect because you believe that if you look good, you will automatically feel good about yourself. Are you putting on a mask so no-one will know you are struggling?

➡️ Trying to take control of things and other people, because you cannot control your thoughts and feelings.

➡️ Shopping to buy things you don’t need to temporarily make yourself feel better. Or, appear a certain way to people who don’t really matter when you could be spending time with loved ones.

➡️ Don’t you find all this exhausting? What could you be doing with your time instead?

➡️ Living like this will cause stress, anxiety and depression. It’s a battle with yourself that you won’t win, if you don’t do anything about it.

➡️ What was said or done to you in your past to make you believe that you have to behave a certain way? Who made you feel that you are not good enough, and that no matter what you achieve, it will never be enough?

➡️ Successful people have had the same fears as you but they decided that enough was enough, that this way of living didn’t serve them. They did the inner work on themselves so they could be free to pursue their dreams.

Today is the first day of the rest of your life. So, are you going to stay unhappy and stuck, or are you ready and willing to change, grow, move forward and be happy?

When you change and upgrade your mindset, it can have an incredible impact on your life and change the trajectory you are currently on. When you discover the root cause of why you act the way you do, that’s causing you so much pain and anguish, you can let it go. ✨

You have a choice as to how you think, feel, act and react. ✨

You may find that making changes can be quite challenging, especially when they are rooted in beliefs you've carried with you from a young age. These beliefs continue to shape your thoughts about what you can achieve and deserve, often in a negative way.

If, deep down, you subconsciously believe you aren't deserving of good things, it can lead you to unknowingly sabotage great opportunities and relationships. Sometimes, external influences, like the people around you and your environment, can cause you to lose sight of who you truly are and what you genuinely want.

I can relate to this on a personal level, as I, too, once absorbed negative beliefs and expectations from my parents. It's disheartening to see that many of my female clients struggle to recognize their own positive qualities. They often rely on the affirmations of others and struggle to believe that they are good enough.

The good news is that this learned behavior can be unlearned.
When you take steps toward happiness and fulfillment, not only will you benefit, but your partner, family, and children will as well. Your life doesn't have to remain on its current course – you have the power to learn and grow. The process may not be as difficult as it may seem, and it typically takes around 90 days to make significant changes.

Every week women tell me that they don't feel good enough. This belief about themselves shapes their lives in so many ways.

➡️ They choose partners who treat them badly because they feel that they don't deserve to be treated well.

➡️ They settle for jobs way below what they are capable of because of a belief that there is someone who is far more experienced than them 🧑‍💼 or some other excuse.

➡️ They put others before themselves and beat themselves up for the smallest mistake vowing never to do it again.

➡️ The constant self-doubt prevents them from trying new things, keeping them stuck in a vicious cycle.

➡️ They constantly tell themselves that they are stupid, unworthy, a failure and not good enough.

➡️ They never feel valued so look for external validation. They live half a life, working longer, trying harder, taking on more and more but end up feeling worthless and resentful.

➡️ They wonder why they have such bad luck in their lives and envy women who are confident with high self-esteem and comfortable in their own skin.

The challenge with attempting to suppress traumatic experiences is that they often persist and can even escalate over time or when triggered. Feelings of depression or unexplained anger outbursts might arise, catching us off guard. Similarly, certain remarks or actions can instinctively prompt negative reactions from us.

It's common to feel isolated with our thoughts, assuming that our emotions are unique. However, remember that you're not alone. Many individuals carry feelings of shame and guilt for events beyond their control.

During our upbringing, we strive to make sense of the world, often internalizing others' perceptions of us. Consider the potential for transforming these ingrained beliefs. Imagine operating from an upgraded belief system that doesn't stem solely from your inner child's perspective of yourself and the world.

By doing so, the path to healing from past traumas opens up, allowing you to progress with the understanding that you are worthy. Remember that support is just a call away, offering the opportunity to embark on a journey toward improved self-perception and a more positive outlook on your situation.

Don't let that negative voice in your head bring you down. Remember, when you were younger, did you ever hear that you wouldn't achieve much or that you were hopeless? Or maybe you felt like you couldn't do anything right. But guess what? Those beliefs from the past don't have to shape your life now.

Think about how those old beliefs are affecting your life today. Are you making choices that lead to a bright future, or is that negative voice holding you back?

It's possible that someone else planted that negativity in your mind because of their own issues. But here's the good news: it doesn't have to define your life. You have the power to take control of your thoughts, let go of the past, and create a wonderful life for yourself.

What is RTT

“When was the last time you upgraded your ‘phone system? Last week? Last month? Last year?”

“When was the last time you upgraded your subconscious program that was wired into your brain as a child”?

“Do you think that program that you had wired in as a child which is now your default is making the best decisions for you now as an adult”?

This is what RTT does. It upgrades your subconscious program to be the adult you are now, not staying stuck as the child you were then. So many adults are walking around with the same program that was wired in as a child and often blocking you in so may ways because consciously you know you deserve more, but if that program is telling you something else, that emotion will override locgic every single time.
