Whitebourne is a purpose-built care home in Frimley, Surrey, providing quality residential and short-term respite care for older people, including people who are living with dementia. Inside Whitebourne, the bedrooms are spacious and comfortable, with en-suite facilities and a 24-hour nurse call system. Some bedrooms also overlook the lovely gardens, which have raised flower beds and a variety of seating areas. Residents can also enjoy cosy lounges, a hair and beauty salon and an activities room. The compassionate team believes that when a person moves into a care home they should still have goals and wishes for their future. There’s a positive, friendly and fun atmosphere at Whitebourne and a focus on personalised care and experiences.

The Warriors first outing for their Christmas Lunch today 🎉🎉🎉
Want to say a massive thank you to Daniel and his Team from the Railway Arms in Frimley 👏👏👏
You guys were the best, your kindness, patience, interaction and engagement was next to none.
The lunch was outstanding, a full Turkey Roast with all the Trimmings, followed by Christmas Pud and Apple Crumble. All freshly cooked with home made Yorkshire’s 😋
If you haven’t tried the Railway’s food, I would highly recommend you pop along !!!!!!
And we have to do it all again next week 🙌🙌

We offer a friendly residential home together with a day club for older people in the local area.

Welcome to Whitebourne, a modern, purpose-designed care home set in a quiet residential area of Frimley in Surrey. We provide residential, respite and end of life care for older people, including individuals with Alzheimer's and other forms of dementia.

There’s always a very positive, friendly and fun atmosphere at Whitebourne. We have a strong focus on activity-based care and using personalised care and lifestyle plans, we can cater for each individual’s personal interests and hobbies with lots of one-to-one activities, in addition to numerous group sessions. We also encourage residents to stay active by taking walks every day.

We believe that, when a person moves into a care home, they should still have goals and wishes for their future. Your loved one may find meaning and purpose from helping around the home and residents are encouraged to get involved in the decisions we make about what the home and gardens look like. When we recently redecorated, residents worked with an interior designer and a professional decorator to choose the colours they liked. And when we spruced up the garden, residents enjoyed choosing the plants they wanted to grow.
