This week we're giving a big shout out to our amazing team member Theo!
When he first came to us, he was lacking in self confidence and was very reluctant to try new things, (even reluctant to join Empowering Me).
We can't believe how far you've come, in less than a year, we've seen your self confidence and belief grow massively! We are constantly astounded by how you are now always open to trying new things.
Here is something Emma, one of the manager at Hale End Day Centre where we volunteer, said about Theo:
"When Theo first joined us at Hale End Court, he was quiet and shy. Over the months, his confidence has grown beautifully. He now chats easily with staff and tenants, delights everyone with his finger‑puppet shows, and impresses us with his brilliant number skills. Tuesday afternoons have become brighter with him around, and we truly look forward to his visits."
