Life & Sole is a running club based in Heatherside, Camberley and is developing further groups in Surrey and Hampshire. I spent 5 years of my career as a Physical Training Instructor providing physical training at Regimental and Squadron level. As you can imagine the Army does a lot of running so I have gained a lot of experience and knowledgeDuring my time in this role I have trained not only serving personnel but also families, civilian employers and individuals outside of the Forces. This provided me with the skills to train and advise people coming back from injury, pregnancy, or to meet fitness goals all the way up to those that wish to compete.I am a very motivated and enthusiastic individual and I founded the club to share my passion. Outside of running I have also experience and skills in coaching and mentoring. I am keen to unlock the potential in people and will assist them to meet their goals.
