I'm then co-erced into a controlling relationship, him kicked out of a house SHE who cant be named the "accusee" home town St Day where I was told 18 months ago I will not repeat on here, used her children as pawns that fans and friends will understand as this 18 months my life has been a living hell.

Dear family, how's the roller coaster going for you? 😅 In this post I'm going to try to make a summary of what has been happening on different levels because this time it's not only about the physical effect but also the emotional. 🦋✨

The physical effect in the last 3 weeks:

-Pain or crunching in ALL joints of the body, ankles, knees, hip (lower back), elbows, shoulders (mostly left), fingertips, wrists, neck and jaw. The fabric that BINDS TOGETHER.

-Slow circulation which translates to tingling in different parts of the body and numbness of arms, hands, feet and legs. Bruises and ruby spots (broken blood vessels) on the skin. As a fun fact, the Egyptians considered those who had these ruby spots on their skin as magicians.

-Tremor or vibration at the cellular level and periods of heart palpitations followed by internal revelations (these are not downloads of information). Downloads of information feel like something external, something that arrives and internal revelations go from the inside out "out", first they feel in the heart as an irrevocable certainty and then they unfold or reveal themselves (we understand them). In the first case it's like music comes from outside and in the second case music comes from inside.

-Headache and a lot of mental confusion. Mental confusion is good and you should not run away from it or get distracted because it is a sign that the brain is making new connections, when you feel more confused, it is the best time to rewrite the story told by your linear mind. That's the time when we can give the brain a different programming. Because the inferior being will insist on family, and will resist losing control of his perception and of you. For example, suppose you have had a quarrel with your brother for many years, the inferior being will suggest ideas like: do not trust him, protect yourself, defend yourself, you do not have to endure all this, you are different and you are better than him. And the Higher Being is going to tell them at the same time: there is nothing to fear, you don’t have to defend yourself, you can trust Him and ignore the “harm” that you perceive as real. And there, in those internal and silent "battles" is where we win the game of separation and strengthen Love and Light.

-Lots of physical fatigue, lack of motivation and very little desire to get out of bed. Because we're basically exhausted from that internal battle, even though we're not always so aware of it and because the body is under a lot of pressure.

-If the dominant negative emotion in you has been fear (and all its manifestations), its elimination goes through the digestive system, so you may have from nausea to episodes of diarrhea without apparent cause going through gastritis, colic, a lot of bowel movement, excess gases etc. And if the dominant negative emotion has been accumulated pain and sadness, the respiratory system eliminates it in the form of non-flu flu, "allergic" rhinitis, cough attacks, clear nasal fluid, tears in the eyes, sneezing.

As for emotional experience, wounds of the past return in the form of waves of intense emotions that are hard to contain so that we heal the original wound that caused them and the one(s) that the lower being feeds on. It's a very deep purification process because we can only keep peace with the blank canvas and inner peace is the only possible foundation to get the authentic joy that comes from having freed ourselves from ourselves (i.e. from the inferior being not the true being). I'm going to follow on another post so this one isn't too long and the Facebook translator doesn't fail.
