We all have fears, emotional traumas, and limiting beliefs that are well hidden in our childhood subconscious. How about someone taking them out of there and replacing them with positive thoughts and good emotions? Wouldn't you like to try to see what it's like?
About brain frequencies
The human brain constantly produces electrical impulses, called brain waves (beta, alpha, theta and delta), and their combination determines a person's state of consciousness.
Every moment, experience, state, involves a unique brainwave puzzle.
Beta waves (conscious state) are associated with logical thinking and solving concrete problems.
Alpha waves (dream state) create that state of mind of relaxation and meditation, being practically the link between beta and theta state.
Theta waves (the subconscious) define those moments when you feel that something is wrong or you have the impulse to do something for no reason, making the transition from conscious to unconscious.
In the subconscious are hidden memories, sensations, emotions, beliefs, traumas that, even if they are not accessible in the waking state, influence everything we do. The condition of the breast is very strong, being comparable to a so-called trance in which children are when they play on the computer or those who walk barefoot on hot coals. And delta waves (or the unconscious) are present during deep sleep, they remain active when all other brain waves cease to make their presence felt.
When you reach the theta state you can heal emotional wounds from the past, you can free yourself from traumas, fears or beliefs that limit you and negatively influence your choices consciously.
Certain brain waves (especially alpha and theta) can: relieve stress and substantially reduce anxiety; facilitate deep physical relaxation and mental clarity; increases communication skills; improve the synchronization of the two cerebral hemispheres; develop spontaneous imagination and creative thinking; reduces pain, provides well-being and can stimulate the production of endorphins. Therefore, if you notice a destructive, negative, or unhealthy pattern of thinking or behavior, you can get rid of it and replace it with a positive and beneficial program.
