Welcome to Baby Boomer Gentle Fitness🤩 The first class will be on Wednessday 14th July, 12pm untill 12:45 @ Vicky Grant Studio. 69, Edison Road, PE27 3GH. On the St Ives industiral Estate. Go into the estate find, Edison road and go all the way to the end, plenty of parking. We are in the upstairs studio which is air condisioned!
We will start with some gentle stretching and then have a gentle warm up followed 10 circuit exercises designed to improve balance coordination, strength and core stability.
