My new favourite oil. Bergamot is similar to lavender but has more citrus notes. Bergamot can help reduce feelings of stress and is renowned for its calming benefits.

I am testing this out over the summer. TerraShield is a blend of oils known for their outdoor protection, including Lemon Eucalyptus, Yland Ylang and Cedarwood. It smells a lot better than a normal bug spray!
