Hey Beautiful Souls,

I will be introducing a New Shadow Work Series for group members in March 2023. Let’s make this year a healing one. ✨

The Shadow Work Chronicles

Spiritual Download March 2023:

Someone may need to hear this . It's extremely
common for trauma survivors to feel
as though they are behind in life and to
actually be "behind" other people in
their age group. This is especially
common for those who survived
childhood/adolescent trauma.

The people in your age group who did
not experience life altering trauma
absolutely had an advantage over you,
your brain was focused on survival and
they were free to grow and develop.
You may feel behind but it's because
you were doing your best to survive.

You might still be learning how to
thrive in your relationships with others.
You might still be learning how to hold
a steady job. You might still be learning
how to best care for yourself. That's
okay. Honor where you are now and
know that you are doing your best.

✨Hey Beautiful Souls,

Welcome To Our Shadow Work Series

In this first part into Shadow Work, we will be exploring

✨Shadow Work & The Archetypes.

For this session all you will need is a journal, a pen and a quiet space.

✨SO WHAT ARE ARCHETYPES?

Archetypes are ancient, universal symbols and characters that reside within the collective unconscious of people all over the world. These symbols can take the form of images, ideas, or patterns of behavior.

Think of them as characteristics of the psyche, all of which we possess.

Understanding the 12 archetypes and how pronounced they are in your own psyche can be a powerful tool for understanding yourself.

✨WHAT ARE SHADOW ARCHETYPES?

The shadow is the part of the psyche that we are not aware of. It is the dark, hidden side of our personality that contains all of the qualities and traits that we consider to be negative.

The shadow archetype is the darker version of an archetype. Think of it as the inverted version of what makes an archetype useful.

Let's unpack the 12 archetypes and their shadow versions.

Take your time to read each archetype, one of these is YOU and some of you may have multiple archetypes. Use your Journal to takes notes.

When you learn about the different archetypes, you can begin asking yourself how each one exists in your personality. Some of you may find you have multiples.

When you have done this your journey will begin into understanding your self better.

** REMEMBER THOSE QUESTIONS ASKED IN THE PREVIOUS POSTS**

It is now time to answer them as your archetypes.

1. RECURRING THEMES

2. EMOTIONAL REACTIONS

3. IDENTIFY PATTERNS

4. WRITE IT DOWN IN A SHADOW WORK JOURNAL

5. WRITE A LETTER TO YOURSELF

You can give yourself permission to be forgiving in the letter. Remind yourself that you are not the only one with a shadow self.

You may comment, sharing your results if you feel to do so but you are never obligated to. Remember this your personal journey.

✨Before we begin Shadow Work, it’s important for you to assess whether you’re ready to embark on this journey.

Not everyone is prepared for this deep work, and that’s fine. We’re all at different stages. So pay attention to the following questions and try to answer them honestly:

✨Have you practiced self love yet? If not, Shadow Work will be too overwhelming for you.

Shadow Work should not be attempted by those who have poor self-worth or struggle with self-loathing. In other words: if you struggle with severely low self-esteem, please do not attempt Shadow Work. I emphatically warn you against doing this. Why? If you struggle with extremely poor self worth, exploring your Shadows will likely make you feel ten times worse about yourself. Before you walk this path, you absolutely must establish a strong and healthy self imagine. This is important for your own Mental Health.

• Are you prepared to make time? Shadow Work is not a lukewarm practice. Are you willing to intentionally carve out time each day to dedicate to it? Even just ten minutes a day is a good start.

• Are you looking to be validated or to find the truth? As you probably know by now, Shadow Work isn’t about making you feel special. It isn’t like typical spiritual paths which are focused on the feel-good. This is a path for truth seekers, not those who are seeking to be validated.

• Seek to enter a calm and neutral space. It’s important to try and relax when doing Shadow Work. So please try to incorporate a calming meditation or mindfulness technique into whatever you do.

• Understand that you are not your thoughts. It’s essential for you to realize that you are not your thoughts for Shadow Work to be healing and liberating.

• Practice self-compassion. It is of paramount importance to incorporate compassion and self acceptance into your Shadow Work practice.

Focus on generating self-love and compassion, and you will be able to release any shame and embrace your humanity.

• Record everything you find. Keep a written journal or personal diary in which you write down or even draw it.

✨Hey Beautiful Souls ,

Excited to share and introduce you all to a new way of doing Shadow Work, as a holistic therapist I have now combined spiritually with psychology in order to help you work and guide you on your spiritual journeys.

✨What is Shadow Work?

Shadow Work is the psychological and spiritual practice of exploring our dark side or the ‘shadowy’ part of our being.

We all possess a place within us that contains our secrets, repressed feelings, shameful memories, impulses, and parts that are deemed “unacceptable” and “ugly.” This is our dark side or shadow self.

How to do Shadow Work?

There are many ways to practice shadow work. Some of the most powerful and effective techniques include journaling, artistically expressing your dark side (also known as art therapy), using a mirror to connect with this part of you (mirror work) known as scrying, guided meditations, exploring your projections, and examining your shadow archetypes.

What is the Spiritual Shadow?

There is light and darkness within all areas of life, and spirituality is not exempt. The spiritual shadow is what occurs when we fall into the traps of Spiritual materialism – a phenomenon where we use spirituality to boost our egos and become arrogant, self-absorbed, and even narcissistic. The spiritual ego arises out of spiritual materialism. We will explore this together through the series.

What Can You Achieve with Shadow Work?

• Understand yourself better

• Work on ending destructive behaviors

• Be able to understand other people

• Have a clearer perception of who you really are

• Have better communication with others

• Feel happier about your life

• Enhanced integrity

• Have better relationships

Ways to Use To Use Shadow Work on your Spiritual journey.

Journal these responses as they will help you start the process.

✨Full Moon In Aquarius & Zodiac Energy✨
Part 2

Libra (September 23-October 22)

Artistic self-expression and romantic spontaneity always feels right to you, Libra, but around this full moon, you'll be most centered if you let go of any set plan and lean into whatever feels best in the moment.

Scorpio (October 23-November 21)

With this full moon falling in your fourth house of home life, it's time to contend with emotional wounds from the past.

Sagittarius (November 22-December 21)

With the full moon in your third house of communication, your thirst for intellectual stimulation soars. Talking through inventive proposals or brainstorming with friends or colleagues is empowering.

Capricorn (December 22-January 19)

With the full moon in your second house of income, you're at the finish line on a money making endeavor. As you move forward, consider how infusing your day-to-day with more fun, spontaneity, and self-expression will benefit your bank account.

Aquarius (January 20-February 18)

Falling in your sign and first house of self, it's crucial to face any difficult emotions that are coming up for you. Sure, your tendency is to get all logical and matter-of-fact and maybe focus on solutions. But consider, instead, sitting with tough realizations and feelings, which can lead to being more self-assured and aware.

Pisces (February 19-March 20)

Falling in your twelfth house of spirituality, this full moon is a mystical, psychologically-charged one for you, setting the stage for meditation, vivid dreams, and self-work. It's perfect for identifying how far you've come and where you want to go.

✨What the Full Moon in Aquarius & Zodiac Energy✨

Aries (March 21-April 19)

With the full moon falling in your eleventh house of networking, a prominent team effort is very much on your mind right now.

Ta**us (April 20-May 20)

Squaring off against Uranus in your second house of income, you might be inspired to take a leap of faith and stand up for your values and self-worth.

Gemini (May 21-June 20)

The full moon is in your ninth house of higher learning, and breaking free of your typical routine supports your sense of adventure.

Cancer (June 21-July 22)

Because the full moon falls in your eighth house of emotional bonds, it's time to speak up about what you need in terms of joint resources and intimacy.

Leo (July 23-August 22)

The full moon falls in your seventh house of partnership, marking the end of one way of being in your one-on-one relationships and making room for a new path forward.

Virgo (August 23-September 22)

This full moon will be in your sixth house of daily routine and wellness, which means you might feel like you're finally hitting a wall with hustling yourself into burnout oblivion.

✨ The Sacral Chakra Healing ✨

Practices that can help you heal your Sacral Chakra

✨Sacral Chakra Healing foods

Dietary changes can also help cleanse your second chakra. Oranges, melons, coconuts and other sweet fruits are good sacral chakra healing food. Cinnamon is also useful, as is drinking plenty of water.

✨Essential Oil For Chakra Healing

Sandalwood, patchouli, orange, rose and ylang-ylang essential oils can be used as aromatherapy for second chakra healing.

✨Using Chakra Healing Stones

Citrine, carnelian, orange calcite, and other orange stones. Moonstone can also be used because of this chakra’s association with water and the moon.

✨Water, a Second Chakra Element

Since the sacral chakra’s element is water, getting outside and relaxing near open water can help open your second chakra. Lakes, rivers, streams or the ocean are all useful. If possible, wade in or dangle your feet in the water to help the energy flow. Taking a bath or a shower can also contribute to balancing your chakra while providing the relaxation needed to keep your emotions flowing.

✨ The Ultimate Guide to Sacral Chakra Healing ✨

What is the Sacral Chakra?

The sacral chakra, or Svadhisthana, is the center of our emotional, creative, and sexual energy. Located three inches below your belly button above our ge****ls, the sacral chakra is associated with the color orange, and it regulates the energy associated with passion, pleasure, and sensuality.

When the sacral chakra is imbalanced due to traumatic early and adult life experiences, we experience a multitude of physical, emotional, psychological, and interpersonal issues.

✨ The Sacral Chakra can become either over- or underactive, each leading to slightly different symptoms.

An overactive sacral chakra can cause:

• Emotional overreactions
• Excessive emotional attachment to people or objects; excessive neediness in relationships
• Codependency
• Muscle tension and abdominal cramps

✨An energy deficiency in the second chakra can cause:

• Fear of happiness or pleasure, self-sabotage
• Lack of creativity and authenticity
• Low libido
• Pessimism, depression
• Irregular menstrual cycle, urinary or bladder infections

✨A blockage of energy in the sacral chakra can be healed with regular practice designed to stimulate the chakra, which allows energy to flow into it and excess energy to dissipate. Chakra balancing can be helped along by a healer, but there are many things you can do on your own as well.

✨ Jupiter Stations Retrograde ✨

Another planet bites the dust as Jupiter stations retrograde in Aries on Thursday, July 28. Regressing the expansive planet can be challenging, especially in an action-focused sign like Aries. However, Jupiter retrograde is necessary to reconsider its means of excess, exploration, worldview, and beliefs.

✨From now until October 28, Jupiter retrograde in Aries will reassess the individualistic journey of self-exploration and identity. Instead of optimistically charging forward like a toddler on a manic mission to discover the world through impetuous impulsivity, Jupiter retrograde reels this headstrong energy in.

✨This phase of Jupiter retrograde is a self-focused philosophical period, so consider these questions during the next few months; Do you think your morals, ethics, and belief systems are an extension of your highest self? How can you make your own luck by taking the initiative? What kind of leader do you aspire to be?

✨By October 28, Jupiter retrograde will recede even further into the sign of Pisces, slipping back into the subconscious realm.

✨Super Buck Moon Rituals ✨

✨1. Write Down Your Dreams.

✨2. Try a Manifesting Ritual.
Try doing this tonight: write down everything that you are ready to release. Hold the paper up in the air and say a little prayer to whomever it is that you speak to the Divine, the Universe, a spirit guide: whatever higher powers you decide to address. Ask for assistance in releasing these things that no longer serve you. Be thankful for the lessons and gifts that these experiences brought about, then release and burn the paper.

✨3. Charging Your Crystals.
Charging crystals is easy. Simply, gather up your crystals and gemstones; the power of the supermoon light is something you don’t want them to miss! All you need to do is place your stone collection outside or in the moonlight inside overnight after telling them that they will absorb the energy of the supermoon. Bring them back inside or out of the lighted area just before dawn.

✨4. Moonbathing
The supermoon light is cleansing to your mind, body, and spirit so spending time under its vibrant white glow is like a soothing bath sans water.
All you need to do is take a walk under the moon .It is also suggested to gaze up at the brilliance of the moon for as long as you can, basking in its energy and love. Consider what you feel in your body and in your chakras and what messages the moon might be lighting up inside of you. This moon bath, steeping your body and spirit in purifying light, should wash away the negativity and leaving you fresh and renewed.

✨5. Bless Others with Healing White Light
What color is the moonlight? White, of course, and without cover it will be bathing everything tonight!

✨6. Connect with Your Spirit Guides
You can commune with your guides whenever you want, of course, but there’s something extra special about the supermoon that seems to open our hearts and minds up a little bit more.

✨7. Heal Your Emotions
The moon illuminates any negative emotions stored in your chakras or your body and reflects that knowledge back to you, so that you can begin the process of clearing those blockages through meditation and healing.

Lovewinetea Tarot

My Spiritual calling began from a very young age, it started with my suffering with intense headaches, seeing auras, sensing energies from others especially if they were distressed. I always had the ability to bring comfort and a sense of peace to other souls. But I always ignored these and thought it was just a part of growing up and finding myself. By the age of 16 I had a near death experience because of a allergic reaction to medication in hospital while recovering, I then began to have very vivid dreams, sometimes prophetic in nature and the ability to astral project which at the time terrified me, not being able to understand my calling or why I was able to do so. I looked for an answer by asking the creator and joined a local church.

I soon realised that religion was not the path for me as it left me with more questions than answers , I felt restricted in my understanding although I was still very spiritual and very aware of my soul, and energies surrounding myself and others . I wanted to understand what

I later realised to be what spiritual gifts were.

In 2013 I suffered a major loss that changed my life forever, and again the vivid dreaming , astral projecting, spiritual warfare began to happen almost daily. Then one day I had an OBE, it was the most incredible experience, I became aware of my soul again but this time it was like a awakening. Since that day my life was never the same. I built on my craft, understood my gifts and found my purpose. Tarot was my tool I understood it so well that it became like second nature to me, I wanted to do more so I began to use my gifts and understanding from what I learned to help others.
