I over did it! All the cheese🧀, drank all the festive 🍸🥂, I even got carried away and ate gluten, which doesn’t love me back 🥴. It was lovely to let go and have fun, but I’m ready for some wellness again 🧘♀️.
Here’s what I’ll be focusing on to reset. Just simple habits that we all know, but sometimes need to be reminded that they’re important. And always start with sleep 😴🥱💤.
