It’s getting real in our house! Revision for A Levels and GCSE’s is hotting up and fuelled by a whole lot of snacking.

It’s hard supporting from the sidelines, but this recipe by nutritionist .and.me is my love language. Mixing in a little focus support couldn’t be easier:

Focus Choc Chip Cookie Dough Balls
1 cup almond butter
1/4 cup maple syrup
1 cup almond flour
1/2 cup 80% dark choc chips/ roughly chopped chocolate
1/2 tsp himalayan salt
1/2 tsp good quality vanilla bean paste
6 / 8 capsules Focus & Clarity

Method:
Place everything into a food processor (or a bowl) besides the choc chips and pulse until combined.
Add the choc chips and pulse once more to combine.
Roll into balls and store in the fridge for up to a week
(if they last that long!)

Makes 6-8 Balls. You’re welcome!

We often hear that you’ve bought supplements but you keep forgetting to take them. Life moves so fast so it’s not surprising that daily practices ebb and flow.
