We are so excited for what we are learning with SPIKES: Seeking Predictable Indicators & Knowledge Extracted from CGM Spikes. Thank so much to all of our clients who are taking part to help build our understanding of what continuous glucose monitoring data can tell us about all aspects of our lifestyle health. We are also really pleased that SPIKES is part of the HealthTech AI Hub's AI Hackathon at the University of Birmingham next month too - can't wait to see what our friends in AI health academia bring to our findings!

Dr. Susana's key take-home messages: Fatigue is often multifactorial — not simply “lack of sleep.” Small improvements across several lifestyle areas can significantly improve energy. Movement creates energy — rest alone doesn’t always restore it. Blood sugar stability plays a major role in daytime crashes. Stress regulation is just as important as sleep and diet. You don’t need perfection — consistency matters more.

Lucy's invitation to you this week is to ask: Where have I plateaued? Where might I gently increase the load? And am I giving myself the recovery I need to grow from it? Strength is not built in giant leaps. It’s built in small, consistent increments layered over time. Growth rarely feels dramatic in the moment. It feels like repetition. It feels subtle. It feels steady. And then one day you realise you’re capable of things that once felt impossible. That is progressive overload.
