Our aim is to provide quality personal support and care to enable each individual to live their lives as independently as possible whilst maintaining control of their future.

Future Care Solutions are recruiting Care Support Workers to join our friendly and supportive team in Cambridge and surrounding villages.
What we offer:
Guaranteed hours contract
£13.18 per hour and £14.35 per hour, evenings and weekends
Paid training and ongoing support
Flexible shift patterns
Career progression opportunities
What we’re looking for:
Evenings and every other weekend availability. Available shifts 7am-4pm, 4pm-10pm and sleeping nights.
Driver with access to a vehicle (essential)
Caring, reliable, and compassionate individuals
No experience required – full training provided
We do not offer Sponsorships.
