Love 💕 & Friendship 👨‍❤️‍👨 Week❣️ We had such a wonderful time together as a team with our gift exchange, lots of laughter, good food, pizza day, a relaxing session, and so much more. Moments like these remind us how important it is to not only work together but to genuinely care for and support one another.

Last week we said goodbye (but not without a lot of love!) to two truly amazing people from our team.
A huge thank you to Ella, who has been such a caring, thoughtful presence in the Wellbeing Team. Your compassion, positivity, and dedication have made a real difference to both colleagues and carers—you’ll be so missed.
And to Riya from the Carer Team—thank you for everything you’ve given. Your kindness, hard work, and commitment have left a lasting impact, and we’re so grateful for all you’ve done.

Last week at Cherry Hinton Care Home, we marked World Cancer Day with good food, great conversations, and a fun quiz! 🧠💬
The quiz helped us see how much we know (and don’t know!) about cancer, all while raising awareness in a relaxed and supportive way. Thank you to everyone who joined in and helped make the day so meaningful. 💜

Today, on World Cancer Day, TLC Homes Cambridge — Cherry Hinton Care Home and Cambridge Manor Care Home — were proud to deliver Hope Kits to cancer patients at Addenbrooke’s Hospital and Arthur Rank Hospice.
These small gifts are a reminder that no one is fighting alone. We also dropped off some cakes for the incredible staff as a small thank you for the compassion and care they give every day 💐🍰
