Are you suffering from ASTHMA & lungs conditions?

The last 36h have been challenging and the last 24h been VERY demanding on my system. I simply can't breath, whizzing, coughing, not sleeping, struggling to catch my breath even when I dont move...it's exhausting..

The problem is I never know when this going to happen, one day I'm fine and the other I'm not. Regardless of my exercise routine this condition has spoiled my life a few months a year for the past decade, losing taste, smell from 2012 and being admitted to hospital multiple times...that sucks!

Plus side, I've discovered a lot in regards to handle asthma attacks such as:

I'll try to keep it short (for once 😅)...does your health allows you to feel & do whatever you want to do whenever you feel like it? If not, do you know why and what to do about it?

Being real now, are you willing to stop the thing(s) that are making you sick? Because if you are feeling sad about not to do those detrimental things anymore in order to have everything else you want such as health, energy, strength, stamina, self-confidence, ENTHUSIASM about life and your life long health then THIS is the main issue...nothing else.

You can start very small by swapping something unhealthy with something healthier like switching the tv off and chillax in bed 15min earlier than your regular bedtime until it becomes a second nature...Maybe start focusing on your breathing for 5-10 minutes every morning or evening before bedtime...or starting your day with positive affirmation videos instead of bad news on tv...tiny steps matters most!!

Be enthusiastic about the good things that will make your life an asset rather than being emotional about what will make your health a liability for yourself and your family.

8 WEEK opportunity...IF YOU SNOOZE YOU LOSE

Have you ever been at this beautiful and community focused yoga studio , just off Chesterton road with its cosy lounge and the ONLY flotation tank in Cambridge?

If not then I'll personally highly recommendthis place and the variety of classes taught by experienced teachers and suitable for anyone who would love to start somewhere safe and ruly caring for their students.

I'm so excited and looking forward to be teaching my new CoreXpress 45min session with from Tuesday 19 January at 6pm.

The goal for over the 8 weeks is to save you time in getting the results you want with simple and sustainable movements while having fun and a bit of a challenge.

The focus will be on engaging your body with low impact/no impact Bodyweight movements to improve your mobility, flexibility, vitality and natural strength by increasing your core strength to reduce back pain and to restore your preventive balance.

in a nutshell, I will be teaching you real solutions, save you time from nonsense and add joy to your life conveniently with simplicity, fun & care.

- Classes start on Tuesday 19th January
- Tuesday 6.00 - 6.45 pm
- Thursday 6.00 - 6.45 pm
- 8 weeks duration

SIMPLEST & MOST NATURAL ROAD TO YOUTHFUL ENERGY!

🎉Happy Monday🥳

Your challenge this week if you accept it and want to feel:
- Energetic
- Less bloated
- Sharper
- Better skin
- No energy slump after your meals
- Reduce symptoms due to dehydration
- Purify your system
- Many positive benefits you will list at the end of the week😉

Water rourine, 1 glass of water:

1) Before eating anything
2) Before ANY snack
3) Before your meal (30minutes before)
4) NO WATER DURING YOUR MEAL⚠️
5) 30 minutes AFTER your meal
6) NO more drinking 60min before bedtime so you don't wake up in the middle of your recovery sleeping time

Very simple and even more effective, let me know what you think about it, how you are feeling about it and most importantly, what have you noticed at the end of the week..

If not now then when?🤷🏾‍♂️

There's no better than now to look after yourself, period! Yes the current situation is not the best in terms of job, people's interaction, financially depending your industry, cold & dark & short day light etc. BUT what this has to do with yo keeping your health in check?

Yes situations differ from one person to another but most of us do not make our health the centre of our "must" and energy goes everywhere else but to you! Do you know that your health belongs to your family and friends also? If you are not healthy, you and your loved ones won't be happy either so at least try to make 15min in your day to stretch, move, meditate and create a better version of you.

Doesn't matter how long you live, if you focus on quantity rather than quality of life then all you'll do is to extend your misery on earth...

To be healthy is maximum 60min a day and to keep yourself unhealthy is a 24hours commitment!

There's no better day to start but today...Happy earth day😊🙏🏾
