We are super excited to announce our new SMALL GROUP PILATES CLASSES are now live for bookings! Get ready to enhance your Pilates journey! Don’t miss this opportunity to engage in a rejuvenating and supportive Pilates experience.

These classes are perfect for:
��Individuals new to Pilates
��Those transitioning to Pilates following an injury or experiencing pain
��Participants who prefer or require small group sessions for a more personalised approach

Key Details;
📍Instructor: Liz Reid AKA "Pilates Liz" Core Factor Pilates
Location: Harding Physiotherapy studio
📍Maximum Participants: 6 people per class - this means you get the individual input you need to ensure maximal benefit from the class

📆Classes are on Wednesdays 1315h-1415h, Classes run in blocks of 4 weeks
The first class is on Wednesday 8th April, followed by 15th, 22nd, 29th April

The cost for a block of 4 classes is £120 per person. Payment is due to Harding Physiotherapy at the time of booking to secure your place on your 4 week block (Ts&Cs apply)

You know you've got the ideal cleaner when you come in to a different skelly pose each morning 🤣. Not only does she do an amazing job keeping our work space s***k and span, she's got the same sense of humour as the rest of our team!
