Well this is never ending, after my foot operation (that went a bit nasty), covid just after Christmas that left me with no taste, smell a bad chest and eye infection, ive now a problem with my eyes that need operating on and I have a date for 11th March. I will be contacting everyone booked in that day to reschedule. Laura and Sarah will also be helping me out so we will be in contact very soon. Hopefully this will be the end of my run of ailments 🙄

Unfortunately, these cannot be home visits as im still unable to drive at present.

I’ve been struggling with a massive setback over the last couple of weeks, with a nasty infection in my wound, im on strong antibiotics and im hoping that today i’ve turned a corner 🤞. I am going to slowly get back to work on a phased return, resting my foot in between appointments. Please bare with me and Thanks to Sarah, Laura and Andy for keeping things going ❤️❤️

Just a little update

I am fully weight bearing now and have done a couple of jobs in clinic which went well and I elevated foot afterwards, but, unfortunately have had another set back 🥲.

My wound is not healing as expected (i have rubbish circulation, which probably is’nt helping). So my return to work full time is probably going to be a little slower!

Laura, Sarah and Andy are helping me out as much as they possibly can but they also have their own workload so please bear with me/ us, we are working hard to get back to normal business.

Im bored, im frustrated, im not a good patient but have to do as im told. I did sleep without boot last night but straight back on once I get up!

I miss work and seeing you all and cant wait to get back!

Im posting this on Toetal Footcare page as this condition is what our lovely Laura is battling with everyday and all of you that know her know what a struggle she has.
