I believe that Pilates and Yoga asanas make a great series of exercises to develop control over your body and mind, to improve your core strength and flexibility of your spine, to reach and exceed your limits, and to get to love and accept yourself and become more balanced.
I am a certified Level-4 Pilates, Pre- and Postnatal Pilates and 200-hours Yoga teacher, have been teaching for 3+ years in Germany and in the UK.
