A big thank you to Tesco Newmarket Road for their generous donation of hot cross buns.

With their support, we were able to gift these to eight local care homes across the Cambridge area, helping us spread a little Easter joy to both residents and staff.

🐰 We also really appreciate how welcoming the team were while our Easter Bunny took a stroll around the store, meeting customers and sharing plenty of smiles along the way.

Special mentions go to Julie, Community Helper, Reece, Checkout Manager, and Mark, Store Manager, along with everyone else who took the time to engage with us – your kindness and support truly made the day extra special.

Wow… what a busy day our Weyman Bunny has had! 🐰✨

She visited eight care homes across Cambridge, with a special stop at the Cambridge Fire Station 🤩
Along the way, we handed out lots of delicious hot cross buns, kindly donated by Tesco, Newmarket Road.

We even managed to gatecrash Dave Cass’s performance at Cambridge Manor Care Home, where he sang a very fitting song for us – it was wonderful to see everyone smiling, singing along and having such a great time. 🎶

And it doesn’t stop there! We met some other fluffy creatures too… including some newly hatched chicks at Alex Wood House! 🐣

A huge thank you to all the care homes who welcomed us so warmly and helped us spread a little Easter joy in the community. 💛

We are proud to share that Sara and Maria have officially launched our new grief café, Comfort and Conversation, at St Andrew’s Church, Cherry Hinton.

Our sessions run alongside the community supermarket and free café, helping to bring people together and support the wider community in a meaningful way.

We are already looking forward to returning next week and continuing to offer a safe, welcoming space for anyone who may need it. 💛
